To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. From there, fill out the checkout form with the required information, enter your payment details, then click on the “Pay now” button (or use an express checkout option). Once your payment method has been validated, we will then begin the process of fulfilling your order and shipping the items to your specified address.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Some of our products may ship from the U.S. or Mexico, which can result in customs fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, these fees are not in our control and we cannot predict if your order will incur these fees. By placing an order, you accept the possibility of additional customs charges. Yes! If your order amounts to at least $200, your items can be shipped for free. Make sure the “Free Shipping” method is selected during checkout to apply free shipping to your order. Please note that this offer does not cover any potential customs fees.
At this point in time we only ship to locations within the United States and Canada. We hope to add more locations in the future.
It depends on what items you have ordered and where they’re being shipped to. On average, it takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order and 3–9 business days to ship it. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. By clicking on the tracking number, you can access the shipping carrier’s tracking page and obtain up-to-date information on the location of your shipment.
You can redeem a gift card or discount code by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout.

Possibly. Once an order has started fulfillment (i.e. as soon as it begins the production phase), it cannot be canceled. Fulfillment can begin at any time after the order has been placed. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after your order has been placed if you wish to cancel it, but we make no guarantees.
Refunds, Replacements, and Returns
Our store has a 21-day refund, replacement, and return policy, which means you have 21 days from the confirmed or most recent estimated delivery date of your order to request a refund, replacement item, or return. For further details, please read our Refund Policy.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. However, refunds are only issued in specific circumstances. These include instances where the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We cannot offer refunds for situations arising out of buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind decisions.

Once you’ve activated your account, you can continue to log in to your account on our website.
