Please contact us right away and we’ll help you out! The refund and replacement process is mostly automated, so it’s important that you don’t delay in letting us know about any errors.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation and shipment emails, as well as on the packing slip that came with your shipment. If you’ve registered an account with us, you can also find the order number in your Orders list.
Every order number is four or more digits, usually preceded by a hash sign (e.g. #1001). You only need to enter the digits into the form.
What do you mean by ”damaged product”?
“Damaged” means that the product was delivered to you in a state that was not intended by us, with visible wear, tear, broken components, or any characteristics which render the product unable to fulfill its intended function.
What do you mean by ”incorrect product”?
“Incorrect” means that a different product was delivered to you than what was requested by you at the time of order. This also includes misprinted items (i.e. products that have a different design than what was requested at the time of order). The correctness of a product can be verified from the product SKU code.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be processed shortly after the refund request is approved, which is usually within 48 hours. The refund will be sent to the payment method that was used for your original order. When we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to receive the refund.
How long will it take to get my replacement item?
Replacements will be processed shortly after your return request is approved, which is usually within 48 hours. The fulfillment and delivery time is about the same as with any regular order, but to get a better idea of how long your item might take, take a look at our Shipping Policy.
Is a replacement item really free?
Absolutely! We understand how frustrating it can be to receive something damaged or defective, so we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you.
